Agreement
By browsing this site, placing an order, requesting a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a hospital, clinic or company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Kenya Shillings unless stated otherwise and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable or information is incomplete.
Payment
Accepted methods include those shown at checkout, including mobile money where offered. Title to goods passes when payment is received in full. We may request a deposit for special orders or high-value equipment.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide or on collection from our pickup point. You must inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or damage promptly.
Use of products
Products are intended for professional clinical or institutional use as specified. You are responsible for installation, training, regulatory compliance and safe use at your facility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Urbanmax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
Website
Content is provided for information. Images are illustrative. We may update product specifications. Unauthorised scraping, copying or misuse of the site is prohibited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall first be discussed in good faith. Courts in Nairobi have jurisdiction if a dispute cannot be resolved.
