Eligibility
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Sterile, personal-use, custom-cut or specially ordered items are generally not returnable unless they are defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund after verification.
How to request a return
Email info@urbanmax.co.ke or WhatsApp +254 711 667 000 with your order ID, product name and reason. Do not ship items back until we confirm the return.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by a method we agree with you, usually within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the goods. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Warranty
Manufacturer or Urbanmax warranty terms supplied with the product apply to defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair or normal wear.
